After your order is confirmed, you will instantly receive an email from Doodle Art Therapy with the subject line 'Your downloads are ready', with a link to download your digital files. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

To avoid misuse, you will be allowed 3 download attempts. This gives flexibility in case of technical issues, such as lost connections or device changes.

If you experience any issues and you are unable to download your files after the third attempt, please email us at hello@doodlearttherapy.com. 

TERM OF USE OF YOUR DIGITAL FILES

  1. The digital files you download are for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or sold. This includes uploading the files to public websites, social media, or other online platforms.
  2. The purchase grants a single-user license. If you wish to share the files with others, please direct them to purchase their own copies.
  3. The digital files can be used for card making, crafting, coloring just for fun, and more.
  4. You may print and colour the pages as you wish for personal use. However, altering or modifying the digital files for distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
  5. You may NOT claim the illustration as your own or alter the illustration and claim as your own creation. I retain the copyrights.
  6. You may NOT use the design as web graphics - colored form or black and white.
  7. You may NOT create patterns, collage sheets, prints, coloring books, CDs or claim the art as your own to sell. This image is for individual and personal use only.
  8. You may NOT use the image in any way to resell on products on any POD sites, such as Zazzle, Cafepress, Red Bubble, or any other print on demand website.
  9. For commercial inquiries or if you wish to use the images for any business-related purposes, please contact us to discuss licensing options at hello@doodlearttherapy.com. 
  10. All digital products provided by Doodle Art Therapy are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these products is prohibited and may result in legal action.

RETURNS AND REFUND

  • No Return and No Refund: Due to the nature of digital products, which can be easily copied and retained, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
  • Issues and Support: If you experience any issues with the download or file quality, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist in resolving any technical problems or provide a replacement if necessary.
